I’m Raúl P. Pellicer and my work focuses on wedding photography, combining documentary value with a personal artistic sensibility. My aim is not to force smiles but to capture naturalness: honest gestures, knowing silences and the moments that, over time, build an intimate and authentic memory. My approach rests on two ideas: document and art. I believe a strong wedding photograph is both record and creation: it records an unrepeatable day and transforms it into a visual narrative with aesthetic care. I work without unnecessary formality, adopting a discreet, attentive attitude that allows couples to live their day freely while producing images with emotional impact. How I work: we start by talking. I want to know your story and what matters to you: the day’s rhythm, the key people, and the places with meaning. During the wedding I remain an observer; I step in when the scene calls for it and step back when spontaneity dictates the best frame. I also offer couple/engagement (pre-wedding) sessions to build trust and prepare you for the big day: relaxed sessions where we experiment with light, natural poses and genuine enjoyment. Editing is an essential part of the process: I seek aesthetic coherence while respecting original light and emotion, always applying a treatment that reinforces a personal, authorial style. At the end of the reportage I can accompany the delivery with physical solutions — carefully designed albums and keepsakes — that let you relive those sensations every time they’re opened. I work from El Puerto de Santa María and collaborate with couples across Cádiz and other provinces; whenever you wish, I’ll travel to accompany your project wherever you celebrate.
