José Mª Aponte (Fotografías con Corazón) creates wedding photo stories in Santa Fe (Granada) and across Spain. Natural, emotive style capturing authentic emotions and memories.
I’m José Mª, the person behind Fotografías con Corazón, and my specialty is wedding photography. Since I became a professional in 2019, I’ve focused on telling real stories: not just pretty pictures, but memories that make the heart beat. My commitment to each couple is simple: to photograph with all my heart so that, when you look at the photos, you feel the emotion of the day again. My approach is rooted in naturalness and emotion. I look for intimate moments, shared glances and spontaneous gestures that define an authentic wedding. I work with a blend of documentary and portrait styles, respecting the essence of the event and collaborating with the couple to create photo stories with meaning, rhythm and harmony. I prefer to stay unobtrusive while the ceremony and guests flow, and to be close when that moment appears that deserves to be immortalized. How I work: I cultivate the relationship with couples from the first contact. Before the big day I like to talk, learn your ideas and how you imagine the story; that conversation is the foundation for a close, trusting collaboration. On the wedding day I bring calm, experience and sensitivity, seeking the necessary rapport so natural smiles and genuine moments appear. After the event I carefully select and edit the images to deliver a coherent, emotive and lasting story. Although my main area of work is weddings, I can also accompany you with video or in photo + video packages when you wish, always working from a visual and emotional coherence. I’m based in Santa Fe (Granada) and travel across Spain; I love photographing places with soul, from nearby corners to locations outside the province. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who prioritizes truthful moments, human closeness and a visual narrative full of feeling, Fotografías con Corazón offers that perspective. My goal is that years from now you’ll cry with emotion when you see your photos — because they were made with heart.
