I’m Nacho Ibáñez, a wedding photographer based in Tarifa, and my work focuses on telling love stories through wedding reportage and couple sessions. I consider myself a specialist in wedding photography: my aim is not just to create beautiful images, but to return the feelings of that day to you each time you open your album. My style blends documentary photography with an author-driven approach. I seek naturalness and spontaneity: gestures, looks and those small details that happen in a blink but say everything. I prefer to stay close without imposing poses, so the photos are born from the moment and keep the truth of what was lived. Light, the interplay between black-and-white and color, and the surroundings play a fundamental role in the visual narrative I develop for each couple. I work engagement (pre-wedding) and post-wedding sessions as a natural part of the reportage: they are perfect moments to relax, get to know each other better and create more intimate, carefree images. Over the years I have photographed weddings in Tarifa, Cádiz, Málaga and many corners of Andalusia and Spain, and I love adapting to each location to take advantage of its light and personality.
