I’m José Millón, a wedding photographer based in Torrox (Málaga). My work focuses on telling your story as it unfolds: with naturalness, emotion and an eye for the small details that later make your memories unique. As a specialist in wedding reportage, I invest myself so that every image reflects the real connection between you and the authentic moments of the day. My philosophy is built on closeness: before the wedding I aim to create trust and rapport so you feel relaxed in front of the camera. Many couples choose an engagement session to loosen up, learn a few posing tips and make the wedding day flow more naturally. I also offer post-wedding sessions for those dreamy, adventurous photos — getting wet, getting messy, or travelling to a special location — and elopement coverage for intimate destination celebrations. In every case, my priority is that you enjoy the experience while I capture the truth of the moment without staged smiles or forced scenes. I work as a hybrid photographer, which allows me to combine photography and video when you wish. Although my main specialty and focus is wedding photography, I can integrate a short cinematic clip to complete the moving memory, always designed as a complement to the photographic reportage, not as a replacement. How do I work on the wedding day? I adapt to your rhythm: I can accompany you from preparations through to the party, seeking a balance between spontaneous documentary images and portraits you’ll really love. I’m conversational and approachable; I like to explain, advise and help with light logistics during the session (poses, timing, locations). My wedding experience lets me anticipate situations and capture those fleeting instants that often go unnoticed. My approach is honest: I prefer to show real weddings, with genuine moments, rather than creating an unreal postcard.
