I'm Yeray Arenas, a wedding photographer based in Barakaldo. My work is focused on telling your story with sincere images: I look for naturalness, delicacy and those small moments that, when you see them years later, bring you back exactly to what you felt. I'm passionate about documenting weddings as if I were writing a unique chapter in each couple's life. My approach is documentary and close. I'll be one of your guests so I can capture spontaneous reactions, stolen glances and genuine laughter. I avoid forced poses and prefer to let emotions flow; that’s how wedding photos are born that feel alive when you look back at them. Attention to detail — the rings, the flowers, the nervous hands — is as important as the big moments, and I treat both with the same care. I work with couples from Bilbao, Barakaldo and throughout Spain: in addition to local weddings, I also shoot destination weddings and I’m happy to travel when your celebration requires it. Before the day we meet (in person or by video call) to get to know each other, discuss the plan and make sure you feel relaxed. We sign a clear, simple contract to guarantee your peace of mind; on the wedding day I’ll be with you from preparations through to the party, because I don’t work on more than one wedding per day. I also offer engagement (pre-wedding) sessions as a natural complement to the wedding report: they’re an opportunity to relax in front of the camera, build rapport and get images that complete the story of your day. In the end, I deliver the memories in carefully presented formats — including album options — so you can touch and relive those moments. Behind every photograph there are hours of editing work; I love staying late to find the best way to present your images.
