I’m Jesús Conde, a wedding photographer based in Mungia, and my work springs from a single obsession: to capture authentic emotion as it happens. My approach is entirely focused on wedding photography — natural, light-filled, gesture-driven reportage — because I believe images should tell a couple’s story with honesty and aesthetic care. Light is unpredictable and emotions pass in a flash; my job is to find them, hold them, and turn them into memories that last. My artistic training as a figurative painter shaped the way I see: composition, colour use and a sensitivity to light now inform every wedding report. More than simply documenting the event, I look to compose small scenes that stand on their own while also contributing to the broader narrative of the day. I favour sincere photography, where candid “stolen” moments and spontaneous gestures sit comfortably alongside carefully composed, timeless portraits. I work closely and with planning. Before the wedding we talk to understand your story, tastes and meaningful locations; many couples choose a pre-wedding session to build confidence in front of the camera and to obtain material useful for invitations or décor. I also offer post-wedding sessions for freer imagery without the pressure of the wedding day, and a photo+video package option to ensure an aesthetic coordination between photography and film. On the day my attitude is discreet and empathetic: I direct with subtlety, prioritise naturalness and seek those gestures that often go unnoticed. My editing respects the tone and atmosphere of the reportage; I aim for each photograph to convey the same emotion you felt in the moment.
