I'm Betty Rawson and since 2006 wedding photography has been my passion and life here in Lanzarote. Based in Teguise, I offer wedding photography that aims for more than pretty pictures: I want to capture the essence of your day, the unique Canarian light and the small emotions that make it unforgettable. Since 2017 we've grown into a close, well-trained team so we can better cover both large and intimate celebrations across the island. We know Lanzarote like no one else: the best corners, the evening light, and the perfect angles for memorable wedding photos. My approach blends documentary wedding photography with natural portraits: I let stories unfold and intervene gently when needed to create images that feel as spontaneous as the emotions you lived. If you feel shy in front of the camera, we use calm conversation and small prompts to help you relax; if you prefer a more directed session, we plan that with pleasure. We've photographed everything from intimate ceremonies to big island weddings, so our experience allows us to adapt to any kind of ceremony and guest group. How we work: we start with a relaxed conversation to understand what you want to remember and how you'd like to experience the day. On the wedding day we're discreet but present: we capture preparations, glances, laughter and dancing; we document the key moments without staging them. We have trained female photographers who can cover both preparations or act as a second photographer when the coverage requires it. After the wedding we deliver your images in a private online gallery, ready to download and share with family and friends. Why choose us?
