I’m Helena Molinos, a photographer based in Mataró, and my passion is photographing the joy of the days that matter. As a specialist in wedding photography, I work to turn your celebration into a photo story that honestly reflects the day: the looks, the laughter, the quiet moments and those small details that only reveal themselves to someone who watches with calm attention. My practice combines technical precision (planning and getting the right shot) with intuition and sensitivity: I believe a perfect image is born from a well-timed capture plus careful finishing in development and retouching. My approach is warm and unobtrusive. I like couples to feel free throughout the day: I accompany, suggest and shoot at the moments when emotion truly emerges. For me every wedding is unique, which is why I take time to get to know you before the day, to discuss how you picture your photos (engagement/pre-wedding session) and to prepare a post-wedding session if you’d like to extend the experience. I work in natural locations as well as intimate ceremonies and larger celebrations: adaptability and respect for your story are key to how I photograph. My studio in Mataró (C/ de los Guaranís, 10) is my creative corner where I meet couples to plan the report, review images and finalise details. I trained at IEFC and completed a postgraduate course at IDEP Barcelona; my background has taught me to combine a creative eye with craft — half of a great image is a strong capture and the other half is the final edit.
