I’m Xavier Oller, a wedding photographer based in Rubí (Barcelona) with a deep obsession for capturing the essence of each couple. From our first conversation to the final delivery, my aim is that when you review the photos you feel exactly what you felt on the day. My personal journey —the fascination with my father’s darkroom, a transformative trip through South America and years studying studio lighting— has shaped a very specific way of working. I combine the sensitivity of documentary reportage with the precision of studio portraiture: I move naturally among guests to avoid interrupting the flow, and when we pose I take care of light and detail to achieve portraits full of character and warmth. How I work: we start with a pre-wedding chat to get to know each other and understand your story, the rhythm of the day and the photos that are essential for you. If you wish, I offer engagement sessions so you feel comfortable in front of the camera and the wedding day flows naturally. During the wedding I adapt to the environment —ceremony, outdoor locations or indoor spaces— and search for light and honest moments, always attentive to the details that build the visual memory of your celebration. My studio in Rubí also allows me to offer bridal and couple portraits with full control of lighting, ideal for intimate, characterful images that complement the reportage.
