My name is Tony Hevia and for more than fifteen years I have worked professionally in wedding photography and video from Lugo, Galicia. Above all, I consider myself a documentary wedding photographer: my goal is to tell your story as it happens, with natural, elegant images full of emotion. My work aims to capture sincere gestures, small details and the atmosphere of the day without interfering with it. Why choose me for your wedding coverage? Because my approach is evolving and close: I plan locations and key moments with you, but leave room for spontaneity. I try to remain unobtrusive most of the time and will only step in with subtle direction when the image calls for it. This way I produce photographs with strength and authenticity that will bring back the feelings of that day when you look at them years later. How I work: the relationship with couples begins with a calm conversation. We meet (or speak by phone) to learn about your tastes, the rhythm of the day and your expectations. I offer engagement sessions to break the ice and help you feel natural in front of the camera; and, if you wish, a post-wedding session allows us to take images more leisurely in locations that inspire you. After the wedding, I deliver carefully edited digital files and complement the coverage with selected physical materials: a USB drive with high-resolution photographs, a carefully designed FineArt album and one or two FineArt prints as unique keepsakes. Although my specialty is wedding photography, I also produce wedding video as a complement for those who want an audiovisual memory with the same intimate, cinematic tone. I work from Lugo and travel throughout Spain when projects require it: I enjoy discovering new landscapes with couples and using every corner to create distinctive images.
