I’m Roberto Ouro and I work exclusively telling wedding stories with a documentary, relaxed approach. As a wedding photographer in Santiago de Compostela, my priority is that you live your day freely, without forced poses, and that when you look at the photos you feel those emotions again exactly as they happened. My work aims to capture glances, laughter and the small details that flash by in a heartbeat yet remain in memory. My method is simple and personal: before the big day we arrange a meeting to get to know one another, go over your plans and note the key moments. That conversation allows me to anticipate, advise and organize so everything flows naturally. On the day I stay attentive to what matters and to those spontaneous instants that turn a wedding reportage into something unique; I blend in discreetly so everything happens authentically. I work in a documentary, relaxed style—seeking the truth of each moment rather than the perfect pose. That doesn’t mean I neglect composition and aesthetics; on the contrary, I aim to balance emotion and beauty so every image works as both a memory and a piece of art. I also offer engagement sessions to help you become comfortable with the camera so the wedding day feels more relaxed, and post-wedding sessions to create images at a calmer pace in special locations — urban settings, countryside, beaches or mountains — according to what you prefer. My work has been recognised in national competitions, which motivates me to keep creating with enthusiasm and professionalism.
