I’m Pilar Fresno, a wedding photographer based in Pilar, Spain, and my work is focused on telling real stories through images. My specialty is wedding photography: I approach each assignment as a unique reportage, caring for light, emotions and the small details that turn a day into a lifetime memory. My approach combines documentary sensitivity with elegant composition: I aim to capture spontaneous moments — glances, laughter, gestures — without forcing poses, while also allowing time for more classic images when they matter to you. Couples and families often highlight the warmth and naturalness of my approach: my priority is that you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera so the photos reflect your true essence. My method is simple and human. Before the wedding day I usually suggest an engagement session to get to know each other, practise and build trust; on the day, coverage is organized around your priorities (ceremony, full reportage, details, guests) and, if you wish, we can plan a post-wedding session to obtain more relaxed images in special locations. I work flexibly and with careful planning, knowing when to step in and when to give space for the day to unfold naturally. Although my main focus is weddings, I also create related photo stories such as maternity sessions, family photography and portraits, and I collaborate with videography services when the project requires it. These complementary options allow me to offer a more complete memory, while my positioning and experience remain clearly centered on wedding reportage.
