At Sonrye Photography we do more than shoot pictures: we tell stories. Based in Retiro, Madrid, we accompany couples as the narrators of their day, seeking naturalness, heartfelt emotion and those moments that, when seen years later, bring you right back to that instant. Our wedding reportage approach is documentary and personal. We believe the best images come from trust: that’s why we work with a discreet, almost invisible attitude that lets moments unfold freely. We enjoy capturing glances, spontaneous gestures and the small daily routines that make each wedding unique. We are not mere observers: we talk, laugh and stay close so everything feels natural in front of the camera. Before the big day we offer couple/pre-wedding sessions designed to get to know each other, ease nerves and create a set of images that will later become part of the wedding story. These sessions are also an opportunity to practice relaxed poses and see how we adapt to your tastes. We also take care of the final delivery: we design personalized wedding albums produced with a trusted Spanish laboratory, because we believe printed photographs are the most beautiful way to relive your story. Our working method is simple and human: from the first contact we listen to how you imagine the wedding, we suggest ideas always respecting your personality and the rhythm of the day, and we stay attentive to details without getting in the way. We value closeness and honesty — qualities that show in every image. Although our specialty is wedding photography and wedding reportage, we also offer couple sessions and, occasionally, portraits and complementary video projects.
