Telling stories captured in photographs — that is how I describe my work as a wedding photographer in Carcaixent. My name is Carla Vidal and my specialty is wedding photography; my approach seeks naturalness, emotion and that unique instant that turns a memory into a story. My way of working is based on closeness and creating a relaxed atmosphere. From the first contact I listen to you and answer any questions; if you decide to book me we formalize the reservation with a contract and a 50% deposit. I offer an engagement (pre-wedding) session to break the ice with the camera so that on the wedding day you feel comfortable; I deliver the engagement photos before the ceremony so you can use them for invitations or décor. I also offer a post-wedding session at the location of your dreams if you want to extend the experience. On the big day I travel to the homes to start with preparations — about an hour with each person — and from there I accompany you documenting everything from the ceremony through the celebration: I capture glances, gestures and those moments that rarely repeat. I work sensitively so the wedding photos reflect the truth of the day, avoiding forced poses and prioritizing a natural, emotional wedding reportage. After the wedding I take care of the editing: I review and retouch the images to deliver a high-resolution gallery. Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 months; we meet at the studio to view the material together and I also upload the gallery to a private platform with username and password. For those who want a tangible keepsake, I design 40 x 30 cm wedding albums with approximately 150 photographs and cover options in acrylic (metacrylate) or wood-effect finishes, plus optional protective boxes.
