I’m José Miguel Ferrándiz, a wedding photographer based in Santa Pola, and my work is to tell your story through sincere images while caring for every detail. I get involved in what matters to you and work with a documentary eye: I seek truth, emotion and the moments that, when combined, create the memory of your wedding. My approach centers on wedding reportage: I observe, sense and capture naturalness. I don’t pursue forced poses but real moments — from the preparations to the final dance, including looks, laughter and tears. I often say that when everything flows, the magic happens: my mission is to create a relaxed and trusting atmosphere so that this magic appears in front of the camera. I work with couples who value photography with sensitivity and personality. Before the big day we meet for an appointment or an engagement session: it’s an opportunity to break the ice, understand who you are and create images you’ll remember fondly. I also offer post-wedding sessions if you want to extend the experience in a different setting or with a more editorial style. My process is simple and close: I listen to your ideas, we review the day’s plan and I look for the best locations and the most suitable light. During the wedding I remain discreet and proactive: I capture what happens without interrupting, and when needed I suggest small directions to get the most from a moment. Afterwards I carefully edit each image to respect the original atmosphere and emotion. I work in Santa Pola and the surrounding area, and I also travel for destination weddings when couples want their celebration photographed in a special place.
