Hi! I’m Lucía Donate and at Estudio Donate I passionately dedicate myself to wedding photography in Xirivella and the surrounding area. My work is born from the intention to tell real stories: I seek those unposed moments, the knowing glances, the sincere smiles and the small details that make a day unique. For this reason I position myself as a specialist in wedding reportage: I don’t just document the event, I narrate it with empathy and respect for your identity. My approach is focused on naturalness. I’m not a fan of forced poses or artificial images; I prefer to create a relaxed, close atmosphere where you can be yourselves. Before the big day, I like to talk and do a pre-wedding (engagement) session to get to know each other and break the ice: that intimacy translates into more honest and spontaneous photographs. On the wedding day I accompany you with discretion and attention, capturing everything from the preparations to the party, always alert to the emotions and the details that tell your story. Afterwards, post-wedding sessions give the freedom to create more relaxed and creative images without the pressure of the main day’s schedule. Working with me is easy and personal. I believe in open communication: before the reportage we discuss your vision, tastes and priorities; on the day I aim to blend in naturally; and once the event is over I take care of the technical and creative process to deliver images of the highest quality. My goal is for each photograph to be faithful to you and for every album to serve as a living keepsake you’ll revisit with affection for years to come.
